(Jombi) Mensing, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. The Class B Common Stock securities reported are beneficially owned indirectly by BIOeCON Holding B.V. in its capacity as the controlling shareholder of BIOeCON B.V. and beneficially owned indirectly by BIOeCON Holding International Holding N.V. in its capacity as the controlling shareholder of BIOeCON Holding B.V. Paul O'Connor, a Dutch citizen with a business address of Hogebrinkerweg 15 e, 3871 KM Hoevelaken, The Netherlands, is the managing director of BIOeCON B.V.
