Employee Benefit Plan	12. Employee Benefit Plan The Company has a 401(k) plan covering all of its U.S. employees. Effective May 1, 2010, the Company began matching 100% of the first 3% of individual employee contributions and 50% of the next 2% of individual employee contributions. New employees can immediately join the plan and participants immediately vest in employer matching contributions. Employer matching contributions under the plan totaled $119,400 and $63,200 for the three months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010 and $314,200 and $94,200 for the nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
