Retirement Plan	8. Retirement Plan The Company sponsors a defined contribution retirement plan, which provides retirement benefits for all eligible employees. Employees must fulfill a 90‑day service requirement to be eligible to participate in this plan. The Company currently matches one half of the first 6% of the contributions of each employee. The Company made matching contributions of approximately $274,000 and $223,000 for the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
