[1] On August 16, 2021, the Company acquired the fee interest in the land at the Seattle, Washington Residence Inn, previously held under a finance ground lease, for a purchase price of $80.0 million, consisting of a $24.0 million cash payment and a one-year note payable to the seller for $56.0 million.
[2] Interest rates are the rates per the loan agreement. For loans assumed, the Company adjusted the interest rates per the loan agreement to market rates and is amortizing the adjustments to interest expense over the life of the loan.
