(“Navios”) has received consent from the lenders under its Loan Agreement, dated November 15, 2007, as amended (the “Loan Agreement”), to allow Navios to undertake an equity offering that would result in the Permitted Owners, as defined in the Loan Agreement, owning less than 30% of Navios.
