SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events pursuant to the requirements of ASC Topic 855, from the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued and has determined that no material subsequent events exist other than the following. Subsequent to January 31, 2022, all shares disclosed as to be issued as of January 31, 2022, were issued by the transfer agent.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
