Accrued Liabilities	Accrued liabilities consist of $349,000 for firm commitments on the Winnemucca Property, $45,335 of accrued interest, $20,413 of accrued distribution and royalty payments, $172,404 of monies received in advance for well work to be performed and the acquisition of additional oil and gas properties and $95,000 of investment funds to be used for the development of future properties. The Company has partnered with others whereby they provide all or a portion of the working capital for either well to be completed on existing properties or towards the acquisition of new properties.
