SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events pursuant to the requirements of ASC Topic 855, from the balance sheet date through the date the financial statement were available to be issued, and has determined that no material subsequent events exist other then the following. Subsequent to July 31, 2018, the Company granted 150,000 shares of common stock for consideration related to the Richey 2A project. Subsequent to July 31, 2018, the Company sold 1,000,000 shares of common stock for total proceeds of $50,000. The shares have not yet been issued by the transfer agent.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
