ACCRUED LIABILITES	NOTE 5 - ACCRUED LIABILITIES Accrued liabilities consist of $1,715 general accrual, $38,002 of accrued interest, $22,345 of accrued distribution and royalty payments and $170,518 of monies received in advance for well work to be performed and the acquisition of additional oil and gas properties and $95,000 of investment funds to be used for the development of future properties. The Company has partnered with others whereby they provide all or a portion of the working capital for either well to be completed on existing properties or towards the acquisition of new properties. As of July 31, 2018, the Company has unused funds it has received of $170,518.
