RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 10 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the nine months ended April 30, 2018 and 2017, total payments of $42,500 and $0, respectively were made to an officer of the Company for consulting services. As of April 30, 2018, $15,000 is due to the officer for consulting services.
