ACCRUED LIABILITES	NOTE 5 – ACCRUED LIABILITES Accrued liabilities consist of $21,065 of accrued interest, $15,492 of accrued distribution payments and $67,803 of monies received in advance for well work to be performed and the acquisition of additional oil and gas properties. The Company has partnered with others whereby they provide all or a portion of the working capital for either well to be completed on existing properties or towards the acquisition of new properties. As of January 31, 2017, the Company has unused funds it has received of $66,554.
