ACCRUED LIABILITES

NOTE 5 - ACCRUED LIABILITES

Accrued liabilities consist of $19,351 of accrued interest and $65,054 of monies received in advance for well work to be performed and the acquisition of additional oil and gas properties. The Company has partnered with others whereby they provide all or a portion of the working capital for either well to be completed on existing properties or towards the acquisition of new properties. As of October 31, 2016, the Company has unused funds it has received of $65,054.
