SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	7. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to October 31, 2014, share certificate #1173 for 100,000 common shares of the Company to Robert Wyllie was cancelled. The Company evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after October 31, 2014 up through the date these financial statements were available for issuance. With the exception of the above, during this period, the Company did not have any other material recognizable subsequent events.
