Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS On March 10, 2017, we purchased 1,200,000 shares of our common stock for $20.3 million from Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (“Fidelity”). Fidelity was considered a related party to us at the time of the transaction due to the level of ownership interest in us. After this transaction, Fidelity’s ownership interest no longer qualifies it as a related party.
