Dividends	Note 10: Dividends On June 3, 2011, the Company paid a dividend of $0.06 per share on outstanding Series A and Series B common stock and to holders of outstanding RSU awards, which are considered participating securities, as of May 16, 2011. On July 26, 2011, the Company declared a dividend of $0.06 per share on outstanding Series A and Series B common stock and to holders of outstanding RSU awards, to be paid on September 2, 2011 to shareholders of record on August 12, 2011.
