SUBSEQUENT EVENTS.
SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 16 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 17, 2022, we paid a dividend or distribution of $0.2875 per share on our common shares of beneficial interest or limited partnership units, respectively, to common shareholders and limited partnership unit holders of record on September 30, 2022. As of September, 2022, we had certain acquisitions and dispositions in process. Pending acquisitions and dispositions are subject to numerous conditions and contingencies and there are no assurances that the transactions will be completed. We have evaluated subsequent events through the date of this filing. We are not aware of any other subsequent events which would require recognition or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
