Related Party Transactions	NOTE 10 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company has received support from a party related through common ownership and directorship. All of the expenses herein have been borne by this entity on behalf of the Company and the direct vendor payments are treated as capital contributions in the accompanying financial statements. In 2011, the Company received proceeds from common stock issued by the above mentioned related party and also made direct disbursements to such related party’s vendors as a conduit. At year end, all amounts were cleared up with the related party.
