Subsequent Events	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 9, 2013, the Company issued 89,328 Class A shares in settlement of vested RSUs. This issuance did not cause a material change to the Company’s ownership interest in the Apollo Operating Group. On August 8, 2013, the Company declared a cash distribution of $1.32 per Class A share, which will be paid on August 30, 2013 to holders of record on August 26, 2013.
