Declaration of Distributions On December 12, 2013, our board of directors declared a distribution rate for the first quarter of 2014 of $0.001917808 per day per share on the outstanding shares of common stock payable to stockholders of record of such shares as shown on our books at the close of business on each day during the period, commencing on January 1, 2014 and continuing on each day thereafter through and including March 31, 2014.
