Other Events.

On July 8, 2010, Vringo, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) for a patent covering aspects of its video ringforward technology. The USPTO will issue the patent to the Company on July 20, 2010. The patent will expire no earlier than December 2026.

A copy of the Company’s press release concerning the allowance of the patent is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
