RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION During the six months ending June 30,2021 the company received a total of $58,689 from the legal custodian of the company for operating expenses and is treated as advances and short-term loans. As of June 30, 2021, and December 31, 2020, the total accumulated loans and advances were $209,522 and 150,833 respectively.
