During the nine months ending September 30,2021 the company received a total of $75,875 from the legal custodian of the company for operating expenses and is treated as advances and short-term loans. As of September 30, 2021, and December 31, 2020, the total accumulated loans and advances were $226,707 and 150,833 respectively.
