10. SEGMENT INFORMATION

The Company has determined that it operates in two segments, the sapphire and pharmacy businesses.

Revenue is attributed by geographic region based on ship-to location of the Company’s customers. The revenue of Direct Dose Rx, our discontinued operations, is only in North America. The following table summarizes revenue by geographic region:
