COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments The Company has entered into agreements for electricity and to purchase equipment and components to construct furnaces. These agreements will result in the Company purchasing electricity, equipment or components for a total cost of approximately $1.9 million with deliveries occurring through December 2017.
