COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	9. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments The Company has entered into agreements to purchase equipment and components to construct furnaces and to enhance the Company’s polishing platform and equipment to produce patterned polished sapphire substrates. These agreements will result in the Company purchasing equipment or components for a total cost of approximately $3.7 million with deliveries occurring throughout 2013. Litigation From time to time, the Company experiences routine litigation in the normal course of its business. The management of the Company does not believe any pending litigation will have a material adverse effect on the financial condition or results of operations of the Company.
