Condensed Financial Information of Parent Company Only Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE A – CONDENSED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS The unaudited financial statements of International Industrial Enterprises, Inc. as of September 30, 2011 and for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010 have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States for interim financial reporting. Accordingly, they do not include all of the disclosures required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States for complete financial statements and should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and notes thereto for the year ended December 31, 2010 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of our Form 10-K. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting only of normal recurring adjustments) considered necessary for a fair presentation of the interim financial information have been included. The results of operations for any interim period are not necessarily indicative of the results of operations for the entire year.
