Himalaya Technologies, Inc. p/k/a Homeland Resources Ltd. is referred to herein as “Himalaya”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company”.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Himalaya Technologies, Inc. is preparing to launch a social network “goccha!” to take share from mass market providers such as Tik Tok and Facebook that currently face regulatory scrutiny and potential Congressional action due to algorithmic control of traffic and tracking of users. We intend to copy the code and systems we developed for our existing live social network Kanab Club (https://www.kanab.club/) and add short-form video products and services to both. On March 29, 2023, we offered $150,000 in cash and notes to purchase the technology underpinning short form video on mobile devices. Our offer has been accepted by the private seller, who has developed a working platform available today on Apple’s developer environment that we intend to upgrade for Apple’s iOS platform and Google’s Android system. We anticipate signing the paperwork which is being prepared by bankers over the near-term. In advance of our planned program, which we intend to pursue organically with or without the potential purchase, we have purchased multiple domain names including goccha @ .fun .biz .co .net .online and .pro. There can be no assurances we will be able to finance the transaction or social network investment given current market conditions.
