INVENTORY

Inventory consists of raw materials and finished goods. Raw materials are the components, including boxes, inserts, liquid medicine and packaging materials that have not been combined into the final product, ready for sale. Finished goods are the final product, available for sale. The raw materials inventory will be assembled and placed in finished goods inventory when that amount is significantly reduced. Due to the lack of degradation of the material, no adjustment for obsolescence is necessary. The following is inventory as of June 30, 2013 and 2012:
