Commitments and Contingencies	15. Commitments and Contingencies From time to time, the Company may become involved in various claims and legal actions arising in the ordinary course of business. In connection with certain re-securitization transactions engaged in by the Company, the Company has the obligation under certain circumstances to repurchase assets from the VIE upon breach of certain representations and warranties. Management is not aware of any contingencies that require accrual or disclosure under ASC 450, Contingencies, as of September 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011.
