In October, 2012, the Corporation entered into a promissory note with a non-related party to loan up to $50,000 to the Corporation, such note bearing interest at a rate of five percent ( 5%) per annum. During the fiscal year ended May 31, 2013, $37,000 under that note had been advanced.
