SUBSEQUENT EVENTS [Text Block]	NOTE 9 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 12, 2012, the Board of Directors decided not to proceed with the Iowa Canyon property at this time because raising the required funds would strain or jeopardize our ability to secure the funds that we require to continue moving forward with our two primary targets – the Belleville and Goldfield West projects. At this point there will be no further expenditures made in regards to the Iowa Canyon property. There are no other subsequent events upon which to report. Subsequent events have been evaluated through the date of this financial report.
