DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 — DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Orion includes Orion Energy Systems, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, and all consolidated subsidiaries. Orion provides state-of-the-art light emitting diode lighting systems, wireless Internet of Things enabled control solutions, project engineering, energy project management design and maintenance services to commercial and industrial businesses, and federal and local governments, predominantly in North America. Orion’s corporate offices and leased primary manufacturing operations are located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Orion also leases office space in Jacksonville, Florida and Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
