9. Related Party Transactions	9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company incurred related party transactions of $497,309 for the three months ended March 31, 2022 and $78,520 for the three months ended March 31, 2021 in relation to payments of interest and principle on a Note Payable with its Chief Executive Officer. This note was fully repaid in February 2022.
