RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 9 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the year ended December 31, 2023, the Company accrued $120,000 of salary payable to the Director of the Company and paid $20,540 owing to him for the accrued salaries. During the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company accrued $120,000 of salary payable to the Director of the Company and paid $42,500 owing to him for the accrued salaries. As of December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, the total amount due to the related party was $642,128 and $542,668, respectively. The terms and conditions are not necessarily indicative of what third parties would be agree to.
