Note 7 - Subsequent Event	Note 7 – Subsequent event Subsequent to the end of the period, the Company entered into a settlement agreement and extinguished approximately $657,000 of its accounts payable in exchange for the assignment of the net proceeds resulting from an ongoing legal action
