As a result, the Original Form 4 also incorrectly understated the resulting amount of shares beneficially owned following the transaction in Column 5. This amendment corrects the Original Form 4 by accurately: (1) reporting that 1,304 shares were sold; and (2) stating that the reporting person beneficially owned 13,603 shares following this sale. The number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following this transaction was incorrectly reported on the Original Form 4 as a result of the error described in Footnote 1. This amendment corrects the Original Form 4 by accurately stating that the reporting person beneficially owned 8,803 shares following this sale.
