Stockholders' Equity Note Disclosure [Text Block]	Stockholders' EquityThe Company has an effective shelf registration statement, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in September 2024, registering $750 million of equity securities, of which $300 million is reserved for sales under the at-the-market equity offering program that the Company entered into in November 2024. In fiscal 2025, the Company did not issue any shares under its at-the-market equity offering program. At September 30, 2025, the full $750 million remained available for issuance under the Company's shelf registration statement, with $300 million reserved for sales under the at-the-market equity offering program.
