The accompanying unaudited financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Regulation S-K.  Accordingly, they do not include all of the information required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America for annual financial statements.  In the opinion of the Company’s management, all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring adjustments) considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included.  Operating results for the three months ended September 30, 2014 are not necessarily indicative of results for any future period.  The condensed consolidated balance sheet at June 30, 2014 has been derived from the audited consolidated financial statements at that date but does not include all of the information and footnotes required by generally accepted accounting principles for complete financial statements. These statements should be read in conjunction with the financial statements and notes thereto included in the Company’s Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2014.

There have been no material changes to our significant accounting policies during the three months ended September 30, 2014, as compared to the significant accounting policies disclosed in our consolidated financial statements in the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014.
