Note 6. COMMITMENT	Lease Agreement Effective as of September 1, 2013, the Company entered into an agreement of lease with Long Island High Technology Incubator, Inc. in connection with the Company’s new drug discovery research facility located in Stony Brook, New York. The term of the lease is for one year, from September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014, and the rent payable thereunder is $28,000 per year, payable in monthly installments of $2,333.

Lease Agreement
