Item 7.01
Regulation FD Disclosure.


On April 14, 2020, KKR Group Finance Co. VI LLC (“Finance Co.”), an indirect subsidiary of KKR & Co. Inc., priced an offering of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.750% Senior Notes due 2029 (the “notes”). The notes offered will be issued as additional notes under the indenture pursuant to which Finance Co. previously issued $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.750% Senior Notes due 2029 on July 1, 2019. The notes are to be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by KKR & Co. Inc. and KKR Group Partnership L.P. KKR intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes for general corporate purposes.

The notes were offered pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements.

A copy of the press release announcing the pricing of the notes is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
