NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENT Effective April 27, 2026, the Company entered into a lease for the premises located at 1280 Activity Drive Unit D, Vista, California, consisting of approximately 7,222 square feet of rentable area. The lease commences July 1, 2026 and expires on September 30, 2031. The monthly base rent under the lease is $10,111 per month and monthly operating expenses during the term of the lease, subject to adjustment per the lease, of $723 per month.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
