On November 17, 2021, Neoleukin Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from Holly Vance of her intention to resign as the Company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Vance and the Company are still determining the transition period and she is expected to provide consulting services on an as needed basis.
