Commitments	3. Commitments In December 2016, the Company entered into an operating lease for office space in Solana Beach, California. The lease commenced on January 1, 2017, was extended in September 2018, and has an expiration date of December 31, 2019. Rent expense for 2018 and 2017 was approximately $139,000 and $135,000, respectively. The Company also pays pass through costs and utility costs, which are expensed as incurred. As of December 31, 2018, the Company has future minimum lease payments under its facility lease in 2019 of approximately $143,000.

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements. Descriptions may include identification of the specific goods and services, period of time covered, minimum quantities and amounts, and cancellation rights.
