SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On November 1, 2013, the Company declared a distribution of $0.74 per Class A unit. This distribution, which is related to the third quarter of 2013, will be paid on November 15, 2013 to Class A unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 13, 2013.
