On May 15, 2024, Progressive Care Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for its most recent fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2024 (“Earnings Press Release”). A copy of the Earnings Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
