Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Upon the completion of the acquisition of TAS in August 2015, the Company entered into a lease arrangement with an entity in which an employee owns an interest. This lease is for office space and yard facilities used by the concrete segment. Annual lease expense was approximately $0.8 million, of which approximately less than $0.1 million and $0.5 million represented lease expense during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017, respectively. Due to the resignation of this employee, these transactions ceased to be related party transactions as of July 31, 2017 and therefore, no related party lease expense existed after this date.
