Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Upon the completion of the acquisition of TAS, the Company entered into a lease arrangement with an entity in which an employee owns an interest. This lease is for office space and yard facilities used by the concrete construction segment. Annual lease expense will be approximately $820,000, of which approximately $205,000 represented lease expense during the three months ended March 31, 2017, respectively.
