Purchase of Common Shares	Purchase of Common Shares In October 2014, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a common share repurchase program that authorized the repurchase of up to $40.0 million in open market value. The shares may be repurchased over time, depending on market conditions, the market price of the Company's common shares, the Company's capital levels, the Company's capital needs, securities laws and limitations, and other considerations. The share repurchase program is expected to expire five years from the date the program was approved. As of December 31, 2015, the Company repurchased 350,000 shares at an average price of $8.83. The Company did not repurchase any shares during 2016.
