Fluoropharma Medical, Inc.; and  Does 1 through 10,  No. 13 CV 01152 JCM CWH, which is pending before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.  In this action, the Plaintiff alleged that he suffered damages attributable to the Companys refusal to honor certain stock options after February 28, 2012.  Plaintiff seeks at least $325,200.00 in damages, as well as punitive and exemplary damages, prejudgment interest, and costs.  The Company was due to respond to these allegations by August 6, 2013, however on August 5, 2013 the company filed an Emergency Motion to Extend the Time to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Complaint.  The Court granted the Companys Emergency Motion extending its time to respond to the allegations until August 16, 2013. On August 16, 2013, the Company filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint.
