Preferred Stock The Company is authorized to issue 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock, $0.001 par value; 3,500,000 shares have been designated Series A Preferred Stock. At June 30, 2011 and December 31, 2010, 1,807,229 and 0 shares of Series A preferred stock, respectively, were issued and outstanding. Common Stock The Company has authorized 200,000,000 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, At June 30, 2011 and December 31, 2010, the Company had issued and outstanding 20,419,325 and 8,470,025, respectively, shares of its Class A common stock.
